Resolution: Can't Fix - Sony Asset Restrictions

Issue #29379: Block Runner perk bug

 
I wish to inform you that the Block skill perk Block Runner is still active even after the Skill category of ‘Block’ is made Legendary. Any chance you could look into rectifying this, please? I know this happens on PC and PS4. Thank you.

This isn't something we can fix. On all platforms, Legendary skills are set through the UI and don't have scripts provided in the CK to change anything about that process.

On PC and XB1, the only way to do this would be with the Black Book reward at the end of the Dragonborn DLC, but that solution requires scripts which cannot be provided on Playstation due to Sony's policies.
