Issue #29444: Ware's brew Remove Radiation in Survival

 
Ware's brew removes only 10 Rads in Survival due having 0 duration. This was already reported here Issue #20713 but closed. This is NOT a duplicate of Issue #20737 since Ware's brew was not included in the list of items fixed and is still bugged.
