Issue #29482: June Warwick is forced to be unessential

 
After talking to June Warwick during the Atom Cats quest she becomes unessential and can't be made essential or protected by any means, through console command or mod.

Her essential status being removed after the quest may be deliberate. It's not uncommon for NPCs to only be essential up until a certain point in the game, but workshop NPCs should generally always have protected status.

Intentional. Stage 60 of DN054 calls for the removal of her essential flag.
