Issue #29484: Can't wear Morokei and Arch-Mage robes at the same time

 
Can't wear Morokei and Arch-Mage robes at the same time. I have USSEP installed and at the top of the load order.

Are you talking about the hooded version of the Arch-Mage robes? If so, that's not a bug. Only one apparel item is intended to be able to occupy the head slot at a given time.

Since no further reply was given, we can only assume that this ticket was meant to address the hooded robes. You cannot wear other head gear alongside that.
