Resolution: Can't Fix - Sony Asset Restrictions

Issue #29490: Harkon won’t banish me

 
I know I just put the same thing in for magic but I didn’t know there was a “quests” option. Same issue though. I refuse Lord Harkon’s gift and then he just stands there and looks at me with the banish spell ready. I can’t leave until he does something but he won’t do anything. I haven’t been able to find a fix for it anywhere.

Unfortunately you can't find a fix for it on PS4 because it requires modifying scripts to achieve that, and Sony won't allow those to be included.
