Resolution: Can't Fix - Engine Issue

Issue #29493: Possible papyrus error with Dragon Priest

Dragon Priest: Error: (00013B66): Failed to send event stage3 for unspecified reasons.
stack:
[ (00013B66)].Actor.PlaySubGraphAnimation() - "<native>" Line ?
[Active effect 1 on (00013B66)].DragonPriestActorScript.OnDying() - "DragonPriestActorScript.psc" Line ?

Got this when killing Nahkriin, but it might have been just skyrim voodoo and not an actual problem in the script. Figured I'd report it just in case.

An attempted fix was done for a similar error on DragonPriestActorScript in USSEP 4.1.5 (Issue #13749), but there's a good chance that nothing further can be done, especially since papyrus isn't telling us what went wrong (i.e. failed to send event stage for unspecified reasons).

It also looks like you may have forgot to paste part of the error in the ticket, because the line number is missing. Was it a number or a question mark? I can update your original post if you let me know.

it was a question mark, sorry.

There isn't anything more we can do with this if Papyrus is going to insist on giving us no information. Obviously pre-registering for the event doesn't work.
