Issue #29494: I found a bit of a bug / inconsistency with male orc bandits and an orc hunter eyes

They are assigned orc vampire eyes in their head parts even when they are not a vampire. You can see here
http://icecream.me/uploads/cc9d25aee607449a068e7590ae58efb6.png

Normally this isn't an issue because Beast race vampire eyes in vanilla head parts just path to non vampire eye meshes for some reason.

SUEMR offers a fix patch for it here. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18147

The results you can see here of the patch vs vanilla. http://icecream.me/uploads/3362aaef11b1e0bf97049619a80524b9.png

So fixing this to give orc vampire the proper eyes consequently gives many NPC non vampire orcs, vampire eyes

I'm not entirely clear here on what you're suggesting needs to be fixed.

Looking at the files as they exist now, this won't produce a bug in a vanilla game so I'm not inclined to want to do anything about this because it'll generate disruptive results for no apparent reason.
