Issue #29499: Missing ownership faction on references in Hall of Attainment & Hall of Countenance

 
A drum [REFR:00086767] in Colette Marence's room in the Hall of Countenance does not have her specified as the owner.

Additionally, 3 of the 4 pairs of USKPClothesMagesGloves "Mage Gloves" [ARMO:05055E4D] which were added in Issue #12984 are placed in bedrooms belonging to NPCs, but do not have those NPCs specified as the owner.

* [REFR:05055E50] is placed in Enthir's [NPC_:0001C19C] room in the Hall of Attainment [CELL:000CAB91]
* [REFR:05055E51] is placed Sergius Turrianus' [NPC_:0001C23E] room in the Hall of Countenance [CELL:0001380F]
* [REFR:05055E52] is placed in Colette Marence's [NPC_:0001C19A] room in the Hall of Countenance [CELL:0001380F]

The attached ESP adds the respective NPCs as owner for these four references.
