Issue #29507: LItemSpellTomes75Alteration - Has 'PCalterationExpert' global

 
LItemSpellTomes75Alteration [LVLI:000A272F] is the leveled list for Alteration spells that drop from chests in dungeons. The leveled list mistakingly has a global applied to it, meaning Expert Alteration books only drop if the player has the required skill level. This behavior is not consistent with how other leveled lists for spell tomes work (for example, LItemSpellTomes75Conjuration, LItemSpellTomes75Destruction, LItemSpellTomes75Restoration etc...)

The reason this is inconsistent is because the global variable is meant for use on vendor inventories so they don't sell spells to you before your skill level allows it. The lists in this progression appear to have been copypasted from the "All" versions and someone forgot to undo the restriction.
