Issue #29520: Forge fire damage without description

 
If you step on the fire of a forge and the player receives fire damage, in the tab "active effects" appears one called "fire", but you have no description, remaining in the game like this:

+3 Fire damage 3 sec

Something similar was already solved with the poison of the falmer weapons.

The effect being used by this isn't isolated to just this. It's also used in several other places as well. I don't see this as something that needs to be added since it isn't useful. It'll be over and done with too quickly to matter anyway.
