Issue #29578: Unobtainable YumYum Deviled Eggs and Pork n' Beans Due to Being Bellow Ground Level

 
A pair of YumYum Deviled Eggs and Pork n' Beans cannot be obtained by the player due to both of them being underground, just bellow the Nuka-Cola Quantum in Cell (-22, 25). Their form ID is 000A0E14 and 000A0E15. It looks like they were placed there way early in development as they are hidden by the static ground models.

I moved both of them up next to the Nuka-Cola Quantum. They're not super easy to see because of the plant growth, but I was able to confirm that they're there.
