Issue #29609: Missing ownership faction on references in Understone Keep

 
A fork [REFR:000CF5DC] and knife [REFR:000CF5DD] in Raerek's room in Understone Keep [CELL:00016DF2] are missing an ownership faction.

The other references in the room have an ownership faction of MarkarthStewardOwnershipFaction [FACT:00104647].

The attached ESP sets the ownership of these two references to MarkarthStewardOwnershipFaction.
