Issue #29635: Entering the World of Refreshment through the main entrance makes your character stop speaking

Was playing through nuka-world when the strangest issue happened: entering the world of refreshment through the main entrance (the one in the river closest to the medallion dispenser) causes your character to stop talking. This persists for an indeterminate amount of time, and leaving the area does not fix it. I can only assume that it would stay like this for the rest of the game if you don't have a save from before you entered the area through the main entrance.

I'm certain it's only the main entrance, as I tested that entering the world of refreshment through any other entrance does not cause the issue, I.E. the back entrance where the nukalurk queen is.

Did you happen to notice if the "underwater" sound effect was playing as well?
I have experienced the same issue you are reporting but for me it is usually accompanied by a weird background sound similar to when your player char. is swimming under water. I have run into this in Far Harbor as well. I start hearing this "underwater sound effect" and the player will stop speaking.

It was hard to tell with the PA system and whatnot, but I feel like this is very likely considering there's water at the main entrance but not at the back entrance. maybe there's some water at the main entrance that, because the game doesn't normally let you out of water from the side, it considers the player out of it enough to use their weapons and equipment but not enough to give their voice back?
