Issue #29658: Ralof chages armor variant when Alduin attacks

 
Ralof wears sleeved vervion of Stormcloak armor during arrival to Helgen and execution, but chages into sleeveless one after Alduin attacks and player takes control.

Note: Updated Outfit record "RalofOutfit" to incorporate the sleeveless version.

This is still a leveled list, so it's possible he may still switch out, and in that case just go with it since it preserves the variety intended.
