Issue #31287: Devil's Due - Item Removal

 
Complete Devil's Due by killing the deathclaw, then returning the egg to Wellingham, items Private Hart's Holotape and Sergeant Lee's Holotape cannot be removed normally. This happens with and without UF4P.

There appears to be no way for this to happen since all pathways from returning the egg to Wellingham lead to the eventual shutdown of both the MS05B and MS05BTapes quests. This one is going to require a save to examine to see what might have gone wrong.

This one is very repeatable. Grab the egg as usual. Go to the nest. Kill the Deathclaw. Go to Wellingham to give the egg and close the quest/ I always charisma him into more money, but that shouldn't have anything to do with it.

Also, these tapes do nothing after listening to them the first time to advance the quest. They effectively could be dropped immediately after listening and it would have no bearing on the quest itself.
