Issue #31292: Missing textures or landscape model of Winterhold

 
Found the problem with the textures of the landscape in the background watching from the vestibule of the College of Winterhold
.Please see attached
This hole appears under certain conditions. As I understand it, if you stay in the courtyard of the College that texture appear. It can also occur at some rotational angle of the camera or of the camera (3rd person) on the wall.

This issue is documented to only happen if you're in "Ultra" resolution on the game.

Further, addressing this would require removing the LOD culling data for the area and that results in a severe degradation of performance which we are not willing to become responsible for.

This is something Bethesda needs to deal with themselves.
