Issue #31295: Half Moon Mill Faction errors found in the CK
Using Creation Kit Fixes, the log window tells me that HalfMoonMillFaction is not friends/allies with the factions TownHalfMoonMillFaction, VampireFaction and DLC1VampireCompanionFaction but the other 3 factions are friends/allies with this faction. I'm not sure if this counts as a bug but should this be looked into? Below is a copy from the log from the CK. I did check in the CK and this faction is certainly not listing them as friends.

Forgot to say this, but it happened when I only opened up Skyrim.esm in the CK so I know that mods got nothing to do with it.
Unless this is causing some kind of actual problem while playing the game, it's not something we will address. There are a lot more things the CK reports besides just that that end up having no impact on the game.
Not OP, but I think this might be intentional - Hert and Hern want to hide the fact that they're vampires, so they logically wouldn't help out a vampire in combat if a vampire got attacked nearby.
Maybe they should be Friends with TownHalfMoonMillFaction if you go with the idea that they'd protect their neighbors just to conceal their identities, but it probably doesn't make sense for them to be Friends or Allies with either of the vampire factions.
You could say it's fine as-is and maybe wandering vampires would assist them because they can tell Hert and Hern are vampires, or you could say that the bug is that the Vampire factions have that friend/ally data because if Hert and Hern are hiding their identities, it wouldn't be logical for random wandering vampires to assist them in combat.
If a change were to be made, my suggestion would be:
Remove the "HalfMoonMillFaction" Friend/Ally relaitonship from VampireFaction and DLC1VampireCompanionFaction so random vampires don't blow Hert and Hern's cover and they instead just ignore each other.
Set HalfMoonMillFaction to be Friends with TownHalfMoonMillFaction since they're keeping up the cover of themselves being good neighbors to the other humans, or remove that too and let their relationships all default to neutral?
Or just leave it untouched and write the whole thing as a false positive from the CK not having the nuance to understand the idea of one faction that's only pretending to be friendly with another faction.

I'm inclined to think it's not something to mess with. The "town" of Half Moon Mill consists of just Hert and Hern anyway.
