Issue #31296: DLC2LItemEnchWeaponMaceBest

 
This leveled list has the "Calculate for all levels <= player's level" tag, which is inconsistent with similar leveled lists that have the 'Best' suffix in their ID. For example all the equivalent leveled lists for other weapon types, such as DLC2LItemEnchWeaponGreatswordBest or DLC2LItemEnchWeaponSwordBest, do not have this flag
