Issue #31332: USSEP 4.2.5 beta lacks the fixes from Bug #29789

 
The USSEP 4.2.5 beta lacks the fixes from Bug #29789. The (00020F9A) line in the "DialogueCrimeGuards" quest still has the "Subject - GetPCIsSex - Male == 1.00 AND" condition check on it. It is also missing the "Random End" flag, even though the changelog says it should have it.
