Issue #31333: AbFXAtronachStorm magic effect has the 'FXAtronachFireTrailObject' hit effect art

 
There is a bug in the game engine, so this wasn't actually seen until that bug was patched.

The storm atronach shouldn't have a fire atronach's trail. Probably a copy and paste error during development.

They're referring to the attach hit effect art patch available in Scrambled Bugs. With this patch, hit effect art is applied in much the same way that hit shaders are. So, hit effect art is applied when the actor loads and changes race, and not just when they are first hit by the magic effect. This has the unfortunate side-effect of attaching a flame trail to storm atronachs, and I believe it also attaches a second flame trail to flame atronachs. I say second flame trail because the flame trail that you see without this patch is attached to flame atronachs using a script.

Specifically, the flame trail is attached to storm atronachs via the AbFXAtronachStorm magic effect form (0x7F423) and attached to flame atronachs via the AbFXAtronachFlame magic effect form (0x60DA1). The flame trail itself is added via the FXAtronachFireTrailObject art object form (0x60D9C).
