The leveled list for Mutant hound drops LLD_MutantHound [LVLI:001A85CE] is missing an entry for the Wasteland Survival #9 extra meat.
Related issue: Issue #31291 for molerats

For Mutant Hounds a new entry needs to be created similar to LLD_DogMeatExtra [LVLI:0008E3AD] for mongrel dogs.
