Issue #31436: Vignar can make comments about fight in Jorrvaskr while outside

 
When you enter Whiterun for the first time, Vignar Gray-Mane will have his argument scene with Ulfrid Battle-Born (WhiterunFeudScene1) near the Gildergreen. After that concludes, he immediately heads towards Jorrvaskr. If you talk to him (or possibly even get near him) before he enters the hall, he will make comments about the fight between Athis and Njada Stonearm. It doesn't much sense that these comments can play while he's outside since you can't possibly know that there's a fight going on inside.

The comments include: 000BC0B7, 000BC0B8, 000BC0B9, and 000BD689.

This scene is not available in the vanilla game - it was restored by Cutting Room Floor.
