Issue #31468: Frost's Identity Papers not showing full text

 
Looking at Frost's Identity Papers in xEdit (Book \ 000E8BDB), the last line of text (Great Damsire - Loka) does not display on the note in-game. (Looks like too many empty lines above force it off the viewable portion of the note.)

Removing the empty line at the very top was enough to solve the issue.
