Issue #31477: Aduri Sarethi is always running

 
At the Sarethi Farm, the NPC Aduri Sarethi is always running. This MAY be intended behaviour, but it looks very odd to me.

I looked at her packages and they all have her preferred speed as Run (except one, which is Jog). However, her sister Avrusa doesn't run all the time, and her packages set her preferred speed to Run as well.

I checked on a mostly-vanilla load order (SkyUI and a few non-related SKSE plugins, like Stay at the System Page, were also loaded).
