Issue #31498: Giddyup Buttercup Toy Parts Goes To Junk - DN155_ToyParts

Not sure if you want to do anything about this, but much like MacCready's Wooden Soldier Toy, Giddyup Buttercup Toy Parts goes to Junk - DN155_ToyParts, FormID: 31AAF. The difference with this is it is tied to a quest. I remember my first run I scrapped it and therefor couldn't help out Arlen. There's a mod for MacCready's already to move it to Misc, but not this. I know you don't deal in mods, but figured I'd mention it in case you wanted to look at it for game mechanics reference.

I'm not sure what you're trying to report here.

Well, if player goes to Wilson Atomatoys Factory, picks up Toy Parts, then scraps them prior to talking to Arlen, then they cannot truly complete the quest DN154 as the parts are already scrapped. To not break this in my own patch file I simply removed the recipe so it goes to Misc instead of Junk. Not sure if you wanted to do anything about that. I've had the quest complete sometimes and other times not.

Ah yeah, that's not a bug then. Fallout games are more inclined to allow you to make decisions like that so you just need to be mindful of the possibility that some special looking item might end up being a quest object later on.
