Issue #31529: Isabel Cruz 0100097C - Dialog Menu
Isabel Cruz 0100097C dialog menu states Trade instead of Barter.

I would assume you mean the dialogue below. If so, changing that would require audio splicing, and I don't think that's going to be a possibility due to limited or no audio samples to pick from.
Prompt: "Trade"
Player: "I just want to trade."
Isabel: "Trade? Yes, let's do that."

No, I meant in the tree when selecting what you want to do after you hit Command. She is a vendor, and not a settler, so normally the tree would state Barter as it brings up the barter menu (ShowBarterMenu). This isn't a big deal either, I actually didn't know she was a vendor my first couple play throughs, believe it or not, until I did select Trade to give her better weapons and clothing probably my third play through.
I attached a pic of the dialog wheel, hopefully it went through. She's pretty much the only NPC that has Trade instead of Barter for ShowBarterMenu.

The one in your screenshot is 01008525, but there are several others including the one I mentioned in the previous comment that can be used depending on different conditions. My guess is that this would be far more trouble than it's worth to deal with. As mentioned before, Isabel has limited audio available and the chances of splicing all of the audio that goes along with the various dialogue wheels is not good. "Trade" and "Barter" are similar enough in meaning that's it's probably not that big of a deal anyway. Either way, we'll have to look into it more.

Sure, no problem at all. I wasn't actually talking about audio, because the player selects Barter on other vendor NPCs and they ask to Trade. It was just the wording on the action wheel (or whatever it's called) itself that is different than all the rest, so no audio splicing would be needed. Doesn't bother me because as I mentioned I know she's a vendor, but it took me a a while to find that out and that was by accident when I tried to change her clothing and weapon as a settler Trade menu (which you can't do) and probably has happened to others. Thanks anyway, Pete.
"Trade" is the correct header for her in this context. After the end of the DLC quest she's essentially a settler, and all of the settler trade menus have "Trade" as the prompt, not Barter.
