Issue #31553: Eliza Journal X - Near Circuit Breaker 0304B49B Sandwiched

Eliza Journal X - Cranberry Island near circuit breaker 0304B49B and chair 03043052 (where one of the 3 puzzles are) is sandwiched between the metal plate that is riveted to the machinery and the machinery itself. These vary as for journal numbers so the closest thing I could give is the circuit breaker and chair next to it. It is still able to be grabbed, you can just barely see it because of its magical powers of being part of the machinery itself. Basically just need to be raised up a bit.

The note (03053EA6) has a DefaultDisableHavokOnLoad script and appears to be positioned correctly on the metal plate, so I don't know how it could settle and get stuck like that. Just in case there could be some kind of fluke I've moved it away from the metal plate next to a nearby oil can. This is all that can be done.

Yep. That's exactly the way it looks it the CK when it settles. Again, that shouldn't be possible with the script attached, but there's a very slight possibility that it could fail anyway. Regardless, moving it away from the metal plate will solve that entirely.
