Issue #31566: Keywords lack for AlchDamage magic effects

 
There are 3 keywords in vanilla game MagicAlchDamageHealth [KYWD:0010F9DD], MagicAlchDamageMagicka [KYWD:0010F9DE], and MagicAlchDamageStamina [KYWD:0010F9DC], which never been used. It seems like that these keywords were supposed to be applied to the corresponding effects like: AlchDamageHealth "Damage Health" [MGEF:0003EB42], AlchDamageStamina "Damage Stamina" [MGEF:0003A2C6] AlchDamageMagicka "Damage Magicka" [MGEF:0003A2B6], as well as AlchDamageHealthDuration "Lingering Damage Health" [MGEF:0010AA4A], AlchDamageMagickaRate "Damage Magicka Regen" [MGEF:00073F2B], AlchDamageStaminaDuration "Lingering Damage Stamina" [MGEF:0010DE5E].

This isn't something we're going to address because it isn't clear that it's even a bug that these keywords are not put to any use.
