Issue #31567: Alchemy Tutorial quest disappears from quest log

 
After receiving the Alchemy Tutorial miscellaneous quest "Craft a potion" from Arcadia, Orgnar, or Zaria, if you don't complete it right away and leave the building, it will disappear from the quest log after a short time.

This is intentional. There is a quest timer set on it that monitors the location to see if the player has left, and if so, terminates the quest.
