Issue #31572: Serana is "cooking" Kodlak Whitemane corpse at his funerals

Funny title but a video will better describe the issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OlV8Bh1r-JA
Also, on this 2nd video you can clearly see that even Aela at 0:43 starts the regular forging animation before putting fire on the pyre: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akHEkKu1igQ

I chose to make the skyforge unusable during the ceremony by replacing the "regular activator" version with a new "unusable static" using the same mesh. The "activator" and "static" versions of the skyforge are enabled/disabled by the same linked marker as the one enabling/disabling the pyre wood pile. As an addon, I did the same kind of fix to the close sharpening wheel. Looks like a convenient 100% script-free solution.

The provided 7z archive contains both a savegame right before the scene and an esp implementing the described fixes.

Also, note that on this game Kodlak is naked on his pyre while his initial corpse was properly equipped thanks to Fix #12157. But the corpse on the pyre is another reference with another actor as Base ID. Maybe it's possible to replicate the same fix?

This fix, if accepted 'as is' needs to be mirrored in Open Cities Skyrim.

Rather than going with something that would involve a janky substitution of objects at the Skyforge, this has been resolved by altering Serana's sandbox package around the player to disable that behavior while the funeral scene is in place. When you go to retrieve the final fragment of Wuuthrad, the game shuts down the observer scene and once that's done she will resume normal behavior.
