The tents of Khajiit caravans sometimes disappear outside Whiterun, not sure if it is the same outside other cities.

We attempted to fix this issue a long time ago with the patch (Issue #181), but as it turns out it isn't 100% effective. There's nothing further we can do to prevent it from occurring. Also, yes, it can happen outside other cities besides Whiterun.
