Issue #31588: Silenced Tongues in Volunruud not activating

 
Silenced Tongue's quest doesn't activate after reading the journal in Volunruud. Went back to a previous load and disabled mods and it still wouldn't activate. Since it won't activate, the locked doors won't open, hence can't get any word walls or anything.

This appears to be due to the trigger box inside the dungeon entrance not being large enough - a problem which has also affected one of the Thieves Guild quests in the past.

This should be fixed on all platforms now that the box has been enlarged.
