Issue #31633: Mr. Handy Arm decription and effect missmatch

 
The DLC01Bot_Arm_MrHandy_Limb "Mr. Handy Arm" [OMOD:01001958] description reads:

Better melee damage.

the actual effect is a 5% increase in melee damage and carrying capacity. The decription should read:

Improved melee damage and carrying capacity.

(other arms with 5% melee damage increase are also called "increased";)
