LItemDraugr05Weapon1H [LVLI:00023C10] should not have Ebony weapons.

This is consistent with LItemDraugr05Weapon2H [LVLI:00023C1E] which doesn't have Ebony weapons.

The LItemDraugr05Weapon1H list is used to populate bosses which are clearly identified as wanting to spawn Ebony weapons so this does not qualify as a bug fix based on the implementation.
