Issue #31652: DLC03_HarpoonGun has keyword WeaponTypeGatlingLaser - making it benefit from PerkMagTeslaAndYou

 
Issue 20139 changed the keywords that PerkMagTeslaAndYou used to trigger the increased crit damage. Strangely, DLC03_HarpoonGun has keyword WeaponTypeGatlingLaser on it, so it incorrectly gains crit damage from the magazine perk. I briefly tested out removing WeaponTypeGatlingLaser from the Harpoon Gun but it had the side-effect of preventing it from being displayed in the Heavy Weapon Stand.

The harpoon gun has multiple settings in common with the Broadsider, including it's preview transform and general model shape. So it looks like it would be passable to change it from WeaponTypeGatlingLaser to WeaponTypeBroadsider. This will remove it from being included in the Tesla perk while still letting it sit on a heavy weapons stand since the stands will take Broadsiders as well.
