There is a mod, that fixes the issue (not sure if it contains the USKP havok fix from issue 20426):

Dunno what all that mod did to fix it but in order to be sure we preserve the collision block I've simply copied the shape data from the common typewriter over to this one and then made sure the clean texture is the one being used on it.
