Issue #32295: Outside of map is visible in The Temple Sewers near 0009672B referenced sewer channel endcap object

 
Near [REFR:0009672B] (places sewerChannelEndcap02 [STAT:00029FEA] in GRUP Cell Temporary Children of ImperialSewerSystemTempleDistrict "The Temple Sewers" [CELL:00096226]), when kneeling in the sewer stream it is possible to see outside of the map.
