I tried searching for "Phinis" and "98BA2" but found nothing so I made this report

There is no issue with this record in xEdit that I can see. Usually those kind of unknown string errors indicate you have old string files in your folders or that your game files need to be revalidated. I've never seen that error outside of those conditions, and in game his chest is named properly.
