One of 6 with bad setup.

As noted in my explanation, this fix works as patched before entering Markarth the first time, but only sometimes patched after entering Markarth. (Apparently, I'd forgotten to package up this patch a year ago as I'd done the others. No harm no foul, as none of these patches are yet included in USSEP.) Tested with SAE 1.6.353.
