Issue #32322: Debris texture mistakenly has Alpha enabled

There is a material used for Debris piles (ExtRubblePlaintoDebrisGround [MSWP:001378C4]) that has Alpha enabled for the material, resulting in holes in the mesh. Unchecking the "Alpha Test" on the material file (Landscape\Ground\DebrisGroundTile.BGSM) fixes the issue.

As this is an edit to a flag in an existing material file, it will apply to precombined references without requiring regenerating precombineds.

Included pictures showing an example of the issue, with a copy of the fixed material nested in the proper folder structure from the DATA folder (easy to remake, you literally just uncheck "Alpha Test" )
