Issue #32356: BeachFence_BrokenEnd_Left01 has no visible geometry

 
Model filename: SetDressing\FencesGrates\BeachFence_BrokenEnd_Left01.nif

Base static B23F9 only appears to have solid collision for a singular fence pole, used 52 times in the entire game. Static is in a scrap list, so automatically not on precombines list.

Example references: Take your pick in [17, 21, Commonwealth], 176907, 17690B and such. CK example collision view is taken from refs 030047F0 and 030047F1 (exact duplicates)

Well that's special. Anyway, the mesh has been cut down to just a blank node. That ought to solve any phantom collision issues without breaking anything in the process.
