Issue #32358: A placed reference by the UP is blocking official AE content.

 
The reference: 0F02140D; Bedroll

This placed reference is blocking some content that shipped with Anniversary Edition; Night Hunter. It's blocking the cellar door.

There are actually two beds that were added to this location but there is no prior documentation for why this was done. Neither is getting used by the bandits, so I see no reason for either of these beds to remain now that they're contributing to blocking official content.
