Issue #32363: Grim Shieldmaiden Can Spawn Wearing No Clothes

 
Generated for quest "The Dark Brotherhood Forever." No visible gear at all. No clothing. No weapons. No armor. No shield.

Killed target for quest and saw target had all appropriate gear on them. They were just not wearing it.

First time encountering them at all. Research shows that others have experienced this but also (at least at some point in time) others have had her appear with the gear equipped. So not sure if it broke somewhere along the way or depends on some other variable.

The only instances of this occurring that I've been able to find via Google search all involve armor mods that went wrong, or with people who removed said armor mods from their games, causing numerous NPCs (including this one) to go naked due to their outfits getting altered.

The game does not automatically recheck these outfit changes at any point, and the outfit she wears in vanilla will not produce this problem because the pieces are all compatible with each other.
