Issue #32372: [-25, -1, CW] Landscape sundering needs repairs.

 
There's a small crack that exposes the ocean below nearest 0100C087 that needs plugged.

That's a fairly big crack and appears to be on a corner as well.

Landscape edits break precombines so this doesn't appear as though it would be possible to fix without causing further problems since the objects in the shot probably can't be moved around to accommodate hiding the hole with a rock or something.

Found a workaround.

New static ref ShackBalconyFloor05 (5BAA9) at (-98273, -1946, 8316), (5, 344, 252), at 1.5x Scale covers this crack up nicely.

For PRP record tracking, 0800002B in dev branch.
