Issue #32375: Incorrect scaling on some College Robe enchantments

 
EnchRobesCollegeRestoration05 "Fortify Restoration" [ENCH:0010E310] and EnchRobesCollegeAlteration05 "Fortify Alteration" [ENCH:0010E2FF] has 22 on Magnitude given by USSEP, this is lower than its previous level(25), this has got to be 30, also its other latter magnitude needs to be set to 120 for being consistent with other lvl5 Fortify enchantments. Also Enchantment cost and Enchantment Amount needs to be 1026

No, what you see on that effect is correct. The progression follows with the previous 4 instances of the enchantment and was corrected from 20 to 22 because Skyrim.esm had the wrong magnitude value for it.
