Issue #32396: Saints and Seducers: Invalid quest stage for "My Pet Elytra" when telling Dementia Elytra to follow

It looks like bethesda changed the stage numbers, it's looking for stage 50 but the quest only goes up to 25.
It was properly changed to 25 for the Dementia one but bethesda forgot to change it for the Mania elytra.

Yep, it should be checking for the Mania quest at stage 25, especially since the scripting in both cases is calling for completing stage 25.
