I don't always bother to disarm that particular tripwire, but I just checked, and the missile launcher respawned for me (as well as the tripwire) when the area eventually reset. Just what sort of "grid refresh" are you doing anyway? One thing I noticed that could make a difference depending on how you're doing that is that the missile launcher and gun brace are in a different exterior cell from the tripwire:

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I always come from the Hangman's area and work my way down. The missile launcher doesn't appear, yet I can still disarm the device holding it. Not a big deal either way, though.
The tripwire and missile launcher are both configured correctly and won't have issues with respawning when the cells reset. We can't do anything about it being split across the boundary. It's a BAD idea to move things from the cell they're placed in with this game engine.
