Brain Fungus 247603 near Finch in military transport (Checkpoint) above skeleton cannot be looted. Object looks as though it's already looted upon arrival, yet everything else in that checkpoint respawns.

A bit of console-command experimentation reveals this happens because the brain fungus is embedded too deeply in the wall of the military transport. Default position for 247603 is (47761.54, 45491.72, 1551.71). If I use "setpos y 45482.72" on this brain fungus, I get the harvest prompt, but "setpos y 45483.72" is not enough.

Yep, it's a collision issue with the front side of the interior truck model. It runs the whole height of the wall so the best solution I see is to just move it to the adjacent wall. It'll be perfectly lootable there.
