Issue #32406: Terminal 1B51AF In Boston Mayoral Shelter

 
This doesn't seem right aesthetically, and up to your opinion. Terminal 1B51AF in Boston Mayoral Shelter after elevator down is physically connected with red wires to the ceiling turrets, yet has no entry to modify or deactivate after hacking. Terminal only opens the cage.

This is not something we'd consider a bug so long as the terminal is functional to open the cage. The wiring doesn't have to be connected to anything. There's plenty of wires all over everywhere that aren't.
