Issue #32439: [-17, 10, CW] 199CC4 needs resettled.

 
I need to review this one when I play again, but when I last saw this skeleton, the hand was poking out of the boat, the skeleton probably needs resettled.

This is a standing spawn marker for skeletons. Placement is determined when it spawns, nothing we can do for this one.
